Eating is one of life joys, but despite this many people fills guilty when they are enjoying them self over a great meal as if there is something unhealthy or even amorally in the sense of their pleasure. That is complete nonsense. Of curse eating too much that leads you to overweight is not benefit with your health, but so is not eating enough.

As long as our body weight is kept stable in the recommended limits, the capacity of the energy in our food, in other words, the amount of calories is balanced with the amount of energy that our body is consuming in our daily life.
It is recommended to check our weight once a week, first thing in the morning. If our body weight is above the recommended weight for us, in more then 20%, or if we notice a general trend of weight gain, that means we are eating more then our body needs.
It is advisable to prefer as much as possible fresh food which it’s nutritional value is higher. Food which was processed with some kind of conservation process is not healthy for us. Food containing large amount of salt or smoked food, may contain unhealthy additives or substances which have poisoning affect on our body and jeopardize our health. We should minimize the consumption of those types of food. Also it is best we eat minimal amount of food contains large amount of white sugar.
