Actually, cholesterol is good for you and trying to lower it could be a good thing as long as it doesn’t kill you. Recent studies show that the people with the lowest LDL cholesterol are more prone to getting Parkinson’s disease and heart disease. 60% of all people who die of heart attacks do not have high cholesterol.

Heart disease is not a disease of high cholesterol. It is a disease of inflamation. Plaque builds up in the veins because free radicals cause the LDL cholesterol to oxidize or become rancid. That’s why it is important to eat more food and take supplements that are high in ANTIoxidants. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as taking a high quality multivitamin and some fish oil capsules.

The line of baloney that we have been fed about the dangers of cholesterol will probably kill more people in the next few years than all of the people in WWII. Read the following articles. They may save your life or the life of someone you love.

I am strongly against the use of statins to reduce cholesterol, It can be done much more safely using magnesium, water, and exercise. I would highly suggest any one worried about this topic to check out this article Magnesium and Walking Will Always be Superior to Lipitor
