We have all been there, and done that when it comes to diets, but which ones really work. From my own personal experience being a mother of two I know what it is like to have to struggle and strain to get those unwanted pounds off. Your meals and snacks will be spaced two hours apart. At the end of the six days I was down another three pounds. After this head start I got into the swing of things. I actually had to go by new clothes. It was hard work. but it was all worth it in the end. Well then came my second child and another forty pounds of baby weight. This was most distressing, I was exhausted. I tried and tried to kick myself into gear, but the lack of sleep was just taking a toll on me physically. So I decided after I was done breast feeding I would battle the bulge. It is a Doctor and Nurse supervised program. I was on the diet for about two and a half months and lost a total of thirty one pounds.
